Sumengen Sutomo graduated in PH from the Faculty of PH, UI; MPH, Health Planning and Dr.Environmental health Sciences from the School of PH, U.M in Ann Arbor. Hehas many year in developing and implementing various large projects including R&D in population and health, water quality, srategic and program management, reading literacy funded by GOI and donor agencies. His interest ii helping the GOI in adddressing various social development issues.
