Analisis Hubungan Stres Kerja dengan Kecelakaan Kerja pada Pekerja Konstruksi Proyek Pembangunan Jalan Tol Yogyakarta – Bawen Paket 1 (Seksi 1) Tahun 2023

Abstract


Pekerja konstruksi merupakan profesi dengan tingkat risiko yang tinggi. Banyak dijumpai kasus pekerja konstruksi mengalami stres akibat pekerjaannya, bahkan hingga terjadi kecelakaan kerja. Faktor yang berkontribusi pada kejadian stres kerja ini meliputi bahaya fisik dan faktor psikososial, namun tidak menutup adanya kemungkinan pengaruh dari karakteristik individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan stres kerja dengan kecelakaan kerja pada pekerja konstruksi proyek pembangunan Jalan Tol Yogyakarta – Bawen Paket 1 (Seksi 1) pada tahun 2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross-sectional.  Faktor-faktor yang diteliti di antaranya yaitu tingkat stres kerja, faktor bahaya fisik berupa iklim kerja, faktor psikososial yang meliputi konten pekerjaan (desain tugas, beban kerja, dan jadwal kerja) dan konteks pekerjaan (peran dalam organisasi, hubungan interpersonal, dan kepuasan kerja), serta karakteristik individu yang dihubungkan dengan kejadian kecelakaan kerja. Sebanyak 260 pekerja konstruksi berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 234 pekerja konstruksi (90%) mengalami tingkat stres sedang dan 154 pekerja (59.2%) mengalami kecelakaan kerja. Ditemukan hubungan antara stres kerja dan kecelakaan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapatkan, perlu dilakukan upaya pengendalian terhadap pajanan stres kerja dan faktor-faktornya yang terdapat pada proyek pembangunan Jalan Tol Yogyakarta – Bawen untuk meminimalisasi terjadinya stres pada pekerja hingga kecelakaan kerja.
